The Chicago Police Department has issued a missing person alert for 35-year-old Tristan Smith, who has been reported missing from the area of 10100 S. Normal Ave. Tristan, commonly known by his nickname "Chuck," was last seen on September 1, 2025. His distinctive features include a grey patch of hair near the front of his head and a goatee. Concerned community members and friends are urged to come forward with any information that could assist in locating him.
According to the Chicago Police Department's news release, Tristan is an African American male standing at 5'6" tall with a dark brown complexion and weighing approximately 100lbs. His last known outfit consists of a brown t-shirt, fleece plaid pajama pants, and black Nike slides. With brown eyes and black hair, Tristan Smith's appearance may be distinct for those who come across him.
The area from which Tristan went missing is a tight-knit community, and residents are often known to look out for one another. However, as days pass without a trace of Smith's whereabouts, his family and local authorities are increasingly concerned for his safety.
