The man is said to have stabbed the woman during the dispute, subsequently crashing their vehicle into a van and then stabbing himself.
Amid the chaos, witness Miguel Martinez, who was on the scene, recounted the blood-covered victims and the urgent response. "It was a crash before, okay? After I saw that, I didn't think that nothing happened, but then a lot of police start coming in and the guy came out of the car and say he's killing her, he's killing her," Martinez told CBS Miami, undoubtedly capturing the frenzy and gravity of the scene as law enforcement and medical teams swarmed in. Though the health condition of the two individuals remains undisclosed, both were expeditiously transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital for treatment.
