The suspect is identified as Haley Harris, who is 23 years old, 5 feet 4 inches tall, and weighs approximately 160 pounds with brown hair and eyes. Found wearing a tan T-shirt, the clothing of Kionii Haugen at the time she went missing remains unknown. The community is asked to be on the lookout for them, and anyone with information is urged to come forward.
