Described as 5 feet, 11 inches in height, weighing 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, Robert's last known attire consisted of grey shorts, a t-shirt of unknown color, and black Nike slides. The urgency in finding the young Minott weighs on the community, who was reported missing under unclear circumstances.
