Dieringer, the suspect, has a blond hair and blue eyes, stands at 6 feet, 3 inches tall, and reportedly has a history of homelessness. The Scottsdale Police Department has issued a warning, indicating that Dieringer should not be approached and that individuals should instead call 911 upon sighting him.
