Lieutenant Baker began his law enforcement career on August 14, 1987, and served with dedication until his retirement on January 30, 2018. Known for his bravery and sharp instincts, he left a lasting impact on both his profession and the colleagues who served alongside him. Rising through the ranks from patrolman to Sergeant and ultimately to Lieutenant, Baker’s advancement was driven by his natural leadership. Yet, it was his passion for mentorship that defined his lasting influence. He took pride in guiding younger officers, equipping them to face the challenges of law enforcement with the same dedication and vigor he demonstrated every day.
