A family in Spanish Fork is grappling with loss after a fire ravaged their home, with authorities designating the property as a total loss, as firefighting units were summoned to the single-family residence shortly before 6 p.m. on a fateful Tuesday evening, according to KUTV.
The blaze, which initiated in the garage before consuming the entire structure, left the homeowners without a place to live, though no physical injuries were reported, and thankfully, the surrounding structures remained untouched, setting a somber scene as the embers died down and the night grew heavy with the weight of what was lost, KSL reported.
In the fire's aftermath, the Red Cross promptly stepped in to support the displaced family, while family members have also rallied around their loved ones to provide aid during this abrupt upheaval, as per KSLTV.
