Garrett, an African American male, stands at 5'11" tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds. He has brown eyes, is bald, and has a medium complexion. He was last seen in the 8100 block of S. Campbell and was on foot at that time.
Reports suggest Garrett may be experiencing confusion, forgetfulness, or agitation. The notification, issued by Chicago Police on the evening of September 16, urges anyone with information to come forward.
