The Wilson County Sheriff's Office in Tennessee is reaching out to the community for assistance after a home invasion incident that occurred late last month. In the quiet corners of Simmons Bluff Road, a burglar made away with various items from a residence on August 22. The list of stolen goods includes power tools, lawn equipment, and, most notably, three rifles, as reported by the Wilson County Sheriff's Office, TN.
The Wilson County Sheriff's Office posted an appeal for help on its official Facebook page, asking for any information that could aid the case. According to the post, the incident was not captured on video—neither from the home nor neighboring properties—leaving investigators reliant on community input and any visual evidence residents can provide.
Anyone who has information, or who may have inadvertently captured evidence that could lead to the apprehension of the person or persons responsible, is urged to make contact with Detective Warren either by phone at 615-444-1412 ext. 254, or via email at [email protected], as per the Wilson County Sheriff's Office, TN.
