Both Joseph and Jason have been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, disorderly conduct, and resisting. The incident has brought to light the individuals' extensive criminal backgrounds. Having moved to Polk County just a year ago, they are not without history. Joseph holds 11 felony and 11 misdemeanor convictions, and Jason's record is even more substantial, with 21 felony and six misdemeanor convictions.
