According to information provided by WSVN, Tovar vanished after being last spotted around 2:30 p.m. at Franklin Academy, located at 5000 S.W. 207th Terrace in Pembroke Pines.
Following his disappearance, Tovar’s concerned parents reached out to the BSO’s Weston District deputies to report their son missing — a case that now falls under the BSO Missing Persons Unit's jurisdiction. Tovar stands about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs around 160 pounds, with brown hair, eyes and was last seen donning a dark blue shirt with blue pants. The details of his last known appearance were shared in a missing person alert posted by the Broward Sheriff's Office.
