Yesterday afternoon, Clarksville Fire Rescue responded to a motor vehicle accident near Cunningham Lane and Ft. Campbell Boulevard. As per the Clarksville Fire Rescue's Facebook post, the call came in around 5:30 p.m., prompting the dispatch of Rescue 6, Ladder 6, Squad 1, and District Chief 2.
When first responders arrived, they found a vehicle overturned on its roof with the driver trapped inside. The firefighters began extrication at 5:39 p.m. and completed it within one minute.
The driver was reported uninjured and was able to walk away after being freed.
