McWilliams, whose medical condition could impair her ability to return home safely without help, is believed to be traveling in a white 2020 Buick Encore Sport bearing Tennessee license plate 115BDWT.
Concern for McWilliams' welfare is especially pressing given the time elapsed since she was last seen. The issuing of a Silver Alert underscores the urgency with which authorities are approaching her disappearance. According to a social media post from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, "She may be traveling in a white 2020 Buick Encore Sport with TN tag 115BDWT. Joann has a medical condition that may impair her ability to return safely without assistance."
The TBI has taken a proactive approach by offering resources to the public to assist in the safe return of individuals like McWilliams. Their efforts include the TBI Find App, which provides detailed information on current Silver Alerts, among other resources.
