A man was hospitalized after a shooting at a Lauderhill gas station late last night, according to the Lauderhill Police Department. WSVN reported that the incident occurred shortly before 10 p.m. at the Shell station located at 1901 North State Road 7 and is believed to have started from a dispute involving money. The victim’s injuries were described as non-life-threatening.

Around the same time, Local 10 reported that officers received a ShotSpotter alert near 4051 NW 19th Street. A man later contacted police to report he had been shot following an argument with a known individual.

The victim from the gas station was transported by Lauderhill Fire Rescue to a nearby hospital. As of late Saturday night, the suspect remained at large while police continued their search and investigated nearby businesses connected to the case.
