The Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department, through its Therapeutic, Recreation & Inclusion (TRI) Program, is joining forces with the Roxy Group to launch the Harvest & Wellness Family Festival at Tropical Park – Westchester Cultural Arts Center tomorrow. According to an announcement made by Miami-Dade County’s official website, the free event kicks off at 10 a.m. and shares a special focus on accessible fun for individuals with disabilities and their support circles, alongside active older adults.

The family-friendly festival at 7930 SW 40th Street in Miami offers a pumpkin patch, live performances, arts and crafts, music, and rides for visitors of all abilities. Along with seasonal fun, the event also connects attendees with community resources, services, and support.

Attendees can take part in adapted sports and activities for active older adults, enjoy health and wellness demonstrations, and explore resource booths and festival concessions. For Miami-Dade Parks' TRI Program, the event goes beyond entertainment—it's a celebration of community spirit and the joy of living “a Park Life.”
