
Emergency crews responded to a tractor-trailer fire in Opa-locka yesterday, quickly putting out the flames and managing a fuel spill. The incident occurred in a truck yard near Northwest 132nd Street and 42nd Avenue, where video footage showed the vehicle fully engulfed in flames, according to WSVN.
Hazardous materials teams were called to contain the fuel leak from the tractor-trailer, WSVN reported. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue arrived promptly and worked to prevent further hazards.
CBS Miami confirmed that no injuries were reported. The coordinated efforts of fire rescue and hazmat crews ensured the fire and spill were safely contained.
