
Drivers in Miramar experienced major delays over the weekend after a four-vehicle crash led to the closure of Palm Avenue, police said. The incident occurred yesterday and resulted in injuries, though details about their severity have not been released.
According to Local 10, the crash caused the shutdown of northbound lanes of Palm Avenue from Miramar Parkway and southbound lanes from Pembroke Road. Motorists were advised to avoid the area and use alternate routes while police investigated.
In an update posted on the Miramar Police Department's X account, northbound lanes of Palm Avenue reopened around 11:34 p.m., while the southbound lanes from Pembroke Road remained closed. The department stated that a four-vehicle crash with injuries had occurred in the area.
