Witnesses recounted to authorities that the 2010 Infinity G37, driven by Toma and carrying passengers Maximos Ibrahim, 19, Raafat Nassif, 17, and David Fakhory, 19, was speeding southbound when the crash with a northbound 2018 Jeep Renegade occurred. The Jeep's 24-year-old driver was hospitalized with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Tragically, none of the individuals involved in the crash was reported to be wearing seatbelts.
