
The New York City Police Department is requesting information regarding an incident that took place in the Bronx earlier this month involving a 46-year-old man who was robbed. According to a social media post by NYPD Crimestoppers, the incident occurred on October 11, at approximately 9:20 p.m. in front of 357 East 195 Street.
Three unidentified males approached the victim. One struck him with a bat, and while he was subdued, another took his backpack, which the victim reported contained $1,000. The individuals then fled the scene on foot, and their whereabouts are unknown. The assault was unprovoked, and the victim suffered a substantial loss. The NYPD has not provided descriptions or specific details about the suspects.
