The Ogden Police Department has recently reported the apprehension of a second juvenile in connection with a fatal shooting that took place near Ben Lomond High School on October 7th. Sadly, Caballero succumbed to his injuries. The first juvenile taken into custody was identified as Carranza and is now facing a litany of charges, according to the report by ABC4. These charges include one count of aggravated murder, two counts of attempted aggravated murder, 25 counts of felony discharge of a firearm, and one count of possession of a dangerous weapon by a minor.
