Utah State University’s Veterans Resource Office is setting the stage for a series of November events to honor the school's veterans, in collaboration with several campus partners. Details of the planned activities have been released, aiming to recognize and support USU community members who've served in the military. Among the highlights, there will be a Wall of Honor display, honoring veterans both in a physical showcase at the Taggart Student Center and in a virtual format, according to USU Today.

In an effort to duly pay tribute to the veterans' sacrifices, the office has organized a slate of commemorative events that include not just a visual homage but also a Veterans Tribute Football Game on Nov. 8. The Aggies are set to quickly face off against Nevada at Maverik Stadium. For those interested, football tickets are available at the USU athletics website. A link to purchase these tickets is provided on the USU Today page.

The series of events also features a Veterans Day Commemoration Lunch, set for 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Nov. 11, which includes free lunch, staff and faculty awards, and a keynote address by Andreas “Baron” Wesemann. This lunch will be held in the TSC International Lounge and is part of a broader plan to create spaces for remembrance and connection among the USU veteran community.
