Emergency responders from the Hopkinsville Fire Department and EMS were called to a vehicle accident yesterday. According to the Hopkinsville Fire Department's Facebook post, a single vehicle towing a camper overturned near the 8mm marker of the Pennyrile Parkway.
The accident led to the closure of both northbound and southbound lanes, and motorists were advised to use alternate routes. The number of individuals involved and their conditions have not been reported.
Emergency services continue to manage the scene, and traffic detours remain in place.
