According to the official announcement by the CPD, McCann is described as a male with a light complexion, standing 5'06" and weighing about 125 pounds, having brown eyes and brown hair, with a distinguishing birthmark on his left cheek.
When Cole was last observed, he was wearing a black hoodie, black jogging pants, white shoes, and was covered in a black winter jacket. The alert notes that the minor currently resides in the 5700 block of North Keystone Avenue.
