Jose Chavez Velasquez is described as a Hispanic male, standing 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing around 200 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair. Reports indicate that he was last seen wearing a blue jacket, blue jeans, a blue hooded sweatshirt, and a dark skull cap. The community is urged to come forward with any information that may assist in locating him.
