According to KGW, the event occurred shortly before 7 a.m. on the 4200 block of Northeast Halsey Street. The aftermath of the gunfire led to the closing of Halsey Street between Northeast 42nd and 43rd Avenue. At this time, the details surrounding the shooting are sparse as the investigation is ongoing.
