The budget carrier is unveiling services that will connect travelers from Utah to Arizona, among other significant routes. According to ABC4, Frontier is initiating the Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) to Tucson International Airport (TUS) service on January 22, 2026, with flights operating twice weekly. Josh Flyr, Frontier Airlines' vice president of network and operations, has conveyed the company's excitement for providing Utah consumers with direct travel options to Tucson.
Adding to the connectivity, Frontier is introducing three additional routes, as evidenced by postings on UpgradedPoints and the airline's news center. These routes include a thrice-weekly service from Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) to Orlando International Airport (MCO) beginning on January 21, 2026. In February, the airline will connect Miami International Airport (MIA) with Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD), and serve from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to Pensacola International Airport (PNS). To celebrate this spurt of growth, Frontier is rolling out special introductory fares. The promotion includes tickets starting at a mere $29, so long as they're booked by 11:59 p.m. ET on November 26.
