Witnesses or anyone with information about the suspect, whose vehicle is described as a silver Honda sedan, are urged by the KPD to step forward, contact has been streamlined to Sergeant Steffano, who can be reached at (937)296-2534 concerning this matter, and reference to report number 25-049856 is required when providing information that could be pertinent to the ongoing investigation.
