Three women have been arrested in Miami-Dade County following an undercover investigation into alleged prostitution at multiple massage parlors. The Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office charged Yuping Song, Chang Xiu Yang, and Yihong Luo with offenses including operating massage businesses without a license. Song and Luo also face prostitution charges, CBS News reported.
The arrests followed undercover operations prompted by Crime Stoppers tips and complaints. Song, 51, was arrested at a massage parlor on Biscayne Boulevard for allegedly offering sex acts for cash. Yang, 38, was arrested at a business on Southwest 72nd Street, and Luo, 40, was apprehended after undercover stings at a location on Southwest 160th Street, NBC Miami reported. All three women lack massage licenses, and Song faces a third or subsequent prostitution violation.
During a bond court appearance, the women spoke through a Mandarin interpreter. Judge Mindy Glazer warned them against further violations, noting that rearrest could result in jail until trial. Original charges of operating a health care practice without a license were revised after the judge initially found no probable cause.
