A Greater Cincinnati home turned into the scene of an accident yesterday afternoon when a vehicle barreled into its structure, injuring three residents. As reported by Local 12, the incident took place approximately at 2:16 p.m. in Springfield Township's 8600 block of Desoto Drive. The driver, identified as 33-year-old Shanie Henry from Sharonville, was arrested and is now facing charges for his role in the crash.
Monitoring the unfolding situation, Springfield Township Police swiftly apprehended Henry at the scene, charging him with two counts of aggravated vehicular assault. This reflects the severity and the immediate need to correctly bring justice to what has transpired. Not only did the truck cause significant structural damage to the home, but it also resulted in three individuals needing emergency medical attention. The victims, a woman along with her infant grandchild, were quickly transported to a nearby hospital, but details concerning their conditions remain undisclosed by law enforcement.
