The Sheriff's Department reported on their official social media that a multi-vehicle crash occurred at the intersection of Broadway and McMurry. According to their Facebook post, the accident did not result in any injuries.
The Trousdale County Sheriff's Department's Posts update reassured the community that despite the potential severity of such incidents, it was fortunate enough to never report any casualties. The post stated, "A Sheriff’s Deputy was involved in a multi-vehicle crash at the intersection of Broadway and McMurry. No injuries were sustained by anyone involved."
Following the crash, the traffic in the vicinity of Broadway and McMurry was affected. The Sheriff's Department advised that the aftermath of the accident would result in partial blockage of the intersection for some duration, implying delays for drivers planning to navigate through that part of town.
