
Three juveniles have been taken into custody following a fatal stabbing incident in Chicago, the city's police department reported. Two of the youths, aged 14 and 16, face first-degree murder charges, with the older also charged with mob action. The third suspect, another 14-year-old, has been charged with armed robbery using a dangerous weapon.
The arrests took place on the afternoon of November 23, 2025, after the suspects were located on the 2000 block of S. Western Ave., according to the Chicago Police Department's news release.
The suspects, offender #1 and #2, reportedly played a role in the death of a male victim earlier that day who was stabbed in the 200 block of S. Wabash, and offender #3's charges stem from his alleged involvement in the armed robbery of the same victim, the police statement indicated without yet releasing the details of what led to the violence, the investigation is ongoing.
