The office of Wilson County Mayor Randall Hutto has launched a food drive under the #WilsonCountyKind campaign, encouraging residents to donate canned and non-perishable items. Donations can be dropped off at the Wilson County Courthouse at 228 East Main Street, Lebanon, Tennessee, until November 24, according to the Wilson County.
The drive requests items such as peanut butter, crackers, Spaghetti-O’s, mac n’ cheese, and assorted canned goods including fruits and vegetables. All unopened and unexpired donations will be distributed to local food banks to assist families facing food insecurity, as reported by the Wilson County.
Wilson County is holding its annual food drive to collect canned and nonperishable goods for residents in need. Those with questions about donation items can contact Brooke or Sara in Mayor Hutto’s office at 615-444-1383.
