According to their official Facebook post dated November 19, McCarter's charges include violation of probation linked to thefts exceeding $10,000 and $2,500, possession of burglary tools, failure to appear for domestic assault, and two counts related to a child support attachment.
The call for the public's support in apprehending McCarter underscores a continued reliance on community involvement in law enforcement's efforts to locate and apprehend suspects.
