The Town of Davie will host “Paws with Claus,” a holiday-themed event for pets and their owners, on December 13 from 9 a.m. to noon at Peaceful Ridge Dog Park. Organized by the Town’s Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts Department, the event will feature photos with Santa, pet supply vendors, on-site pet adoptions through the Humane Society of Broward County, and beverages provided by a local coffee cart, as per the town's announcement.
Designed to strengthen community connections, Paws with Claus encourages visitors to explore the park and enjoy its amenities. Dogs—some dressed as Santa’s reindeer, though leashes are required outside designated areas—will be welcomed into a safe, festive environment. To ensure the well-being of all attendees, organizers remind participants that dogs must have up-to-date vaccination records.
