According to a release by the Fort Lauderdale Police Department, 46-year-old Horace Ross was arrested on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and sexual battery on a victim aged 18 or over. Upon arriving at the 1500 block of Northwest Eighth Avenue last Friday morning, Fort Lauderdale Police encountered a victim who described the assault. As he exited the home, hands raised, 7News cameras were on the scene to capture the arrest. Ross is currently being held at the Broward County Main Jail, as evidencing by NBC Miami.
