
A routine traffic stop on Athletes Way led to the arrest of a 23-year-old Goodlettsville woman for driving on the wrong side of the road. Officers discovered she had an active Sumner County warrant for Felony Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, in effect since July, as reported by the Mt. Juliet Police Department.
The woman was taken into custody and booked at Wilson County Jail. Police reported she is expected to be transferred to Sumner County authorities for further processing, as stated by the Mt. Juliet Police Department.
According to the Mt. Juliet Police Department on their X account, a woman was arrested during a routine patrol. "Our officers remain vigilant in protecting Mt. Juliet, working every day to prevent crime from crossing into our city and ensuring our community stays safe," the department stated. She is now awaiting further legal proceedings.
