
The City of La Vergne has begun its holiday celebrations as the winners of the 2025 Light Up La Vergne Home Decorating Contest were announced. The annual event recognizes residents for their creative holiday decorations and contributions to the festive atmosphere in the community.
Sean Giovanni’s display at 2480 Moore Way won the Griswold Award in the Light Up La Vergne contest. According to the City of La Vergne, Giovanni’s setup was recognized as the “most over-the-top and festive display,” drawing attention from residents and visitors alike.
Michelle Cantrell won the Classic Award for her display at 301 Oakwood Cove. Her decorations were recognized for their timeless holiday style and traditional Christmas charm, offering a more classic and elegant approach to seasonal decorating.
Lisa Dohve’s display at 212 Bluewater Cove won the Best Theme Award. The City noted that her decorations featured an imaginative approach and festive style.
