
A child was injured by shattered glass after a stray bullet entered a Lauderhill home last night. The incident occurred around 7:07 p.m. in the 2400 block of Northwest 55th Terrace, Local 10 reported. The child was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Lauderhill Police said the child had been sitting outside when the stray bullet, resulting from a drive-by shooting, struck the home, WSVN reported. The police’s Criminal Investigations Division and crime scene investigators are examining the incident.
