As holiday festivities ramp up, residents of Lehi City are being reminded of upcoming changes to the city's schedule. Lehi City offices will take a pause in honor of the Christmas holiday starting on Wednesday, December 24, and will remain closed through Friday, December 26. In a recent social media post, Lehi City has confirmed the dates, giving community members a heads up to plan their visits to municipal facilities accordingly.
Those with business to attend to at City Hall should also note that the office will be closing its doors earlier than usual at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, December 23. This change may affect last-minute errands before the holidays settle in, according to a social media post by Lehi City.
In addition to office closures, Lehi City residents also need to stay informed about alterations to their garbage and recycling collection schedules. If your regular service day falls on or after the holiday, don't be surprised when bins aren't emptied on their usual day. Collections will be pushed back by a day that week to accommodate the holiday schedule. To prevent any confusion, Lehi City has provided a link to its 2025 Garbage & Recycling Calendar for residents to consult.
