A Logan, Utah, chiropractor is facing charges after multiple allegations of sexual assault were reported to local authorities. Dr. Evan LeFevre, age 58, was arrested on four counts of forcible sexual abuse, as confirmed by Logan Police. According to KUTV, the charges stem from incidents dating as far back as July 2018 to as recent as April 2025.

One alleged incident involved a former employee who, during 2018, claimed LeFevre touched her inappropriately under the guise of providing a chiropractic adjustment and sent her suggestive messages. Two years later, in another similar complaint, LeFevre's patient reported that she was inappropriately touched and subjected to sexual conversations during her treatments. Logan City Police Department cites these accounts as showing "a pattern of conduct putting patients at risk," as ABC4 reported.

LeFevre's statement to the police suggested a dubious defense. "I close my eyes a lot, so I think that maybe I’m leaving some exposure there because I’m not really watching what I’m doing, I’m feeling what I’m doing," he said in a statement obtained by ABC4. Further allegations suggest that LeFevre's conduct was more willfully nefarious than his defense implies. A victim recounted how LeFevre unhooked her bra and touched her breasts during a session, which she said was not an isolated incident.

The police department has encouraged anyone with additional information or who believes they were victimized by the chiropractor to come forward. Dr. LeFevre has been booked into Cache County Jail while an investigation is underway. "All charges are allegations at this stage, and Mr. Lefevre is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law," officials added, as noted by FOX 13.
