The Miami Police Department and local authorities are asking for the public’s help in identifying a teenage boy found on Thursday in the Brickell area. He was discovered around noon at 936 Southwest 1st Avenue, according to NBC Miami. Police said the name he provided did not match any official records, making it difficult to determine his identity.
The Florida Department of Children and Families has taken custody of the unidentified teenager, who was initially uncooperative with investigators. Local 10 News reported that the ID he carried did not match any records, and his identity remains unknown.
