A Nashville man, 41-year-old Jericco McFarland, is facing charges including aggravated kidnapping, aggravated robbery, and felon in possession of a firearm. The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department reported that the incident occurred on November 16 behind a Citgo gas station on Dickerson Pike, according to the Metro Nashville.
Police say two men were forced at gunpoint into the trunk of a white Ford Fusion, where one victim was able to call 911. McFarland and another suspect allegedly assaulted and robbed the victims before fleeing, leaving them trapped in the trunk, as reported by the Metro Nashville.
Police say both victims identified McFarland as one of their attackers, leading to his arrest in a grocery store parking lot where officers also found a loaded revolver in the vehicle he was driving. McFarland, who has prior drug-related convictions, is being held on a $202,500 bond as the case moves forward, as stated by the Metro Nashville.
