The Metro Public Health Department in Nashville is inviting public comments on the renewal of a Part 70 Operating Permit, which regulates local air pollution sources. Metro Nashville & Davidson County public notice released Today.
Permit renewals follow regulations in the Metropolitan Code of Laws, including Chapter 10.56 on Air Pollution Control and Section 3-2 of Regulation 3 on New Source Review. The public has 30 days from the notice date on the Health Department’s website to submit comments.
The permit application is available for review at the Vital Records Division of the Metro Public Health Department, 2500 Charlotte Avenue. Comments can be submitted by August 17 to [email protected].
