
A midday fight outside a North Beach smoke shop on Monday ended with one man stabbed, two men arrested, and both of them in the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to police. Officers say they arrived around 12:55 p.m., broke up the altercation, and detained both men. Authorities say the pair know each other but have not disclosed how.
As first reported by KRON4, officers were called to the 200 block of Columbus Avenue near Ali Baba Smoke Shop for a reported fight. The San Francisco Police Department told the outlet that one of the men suffered a stab wound and that both were taken to the hospital for treatment, where they were listed with non-life-threatening injuries. Police say both were then arrested and held for questioning while detectives continued their investigation.
