A 26-year-old Pembroke Pines man, Derrick Jordan Wright Jr., is facing a charge of digital voyeurism after allegedly filming a woman in a Kohl's fitting room in Plantation, Florida, and then showing her the video. The man reportedly recorded the woman last Thursday as she was trying on clothes, and she later confronted him after he displayed the video he took of her topless, Local 10 News reports.

According to the same report by Local 10 News, the suspect is accused of following the woman around the Kohl's department store located at 821 S. University Drive before the recording took place; after leaving the fitting room and being shown the video, the victim yelled, which prompted Wright to run from the store, Wright then fled in a silver BMW followed by the victim and several customers who also started chasing him after witnessing the scene, Wright was captured by Plantation Police officers after being tracked down with the assistance of the Pembroke Pines Police Department.

Officers were able to locate Wright by spotting his vehicle near the Interstate 75 off-ramp at Sheridan Street and apprehended him following a traffic stop near 15991 Sheridan St., as detailed by CBS News. Witnesses provided the police with the license plate number of Wright's vehicle, which led to his arrest approximately half a mile from his home.

Wright was released on bond from the Broward County Jail yesterday afternoon; a judge imposed bond restrictions, ordering him to stay away from the victim, the Kohl's store, and prohibit the possession of any recording devices, "Thank you for contacting Kohl's. We are working closely with local authorities as they investigate this case and are directing all media inquiries to them," a spokesperson for Kohl's stated, in a communication obtained by CBS News, ensuring their cooperation with the ongoing investigation.
