The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) has laid out plans to rehabilitate the northbound Business 67 bridge over Pike Creek, as announced in a recent statement. This work is set to kick off possibly in January 2027, and yes, they've promised to keep the road open during construction, but you're going to have to deal with a lane closure. The bridge is positioned southwest of where Business 67 meets Route 53/Shelby Road, a spot some of you likely pass every day.
During the planned four months of rehabilitation, MoDOT has noted that there will be a lane closure with, a 10.5-foot width restriction for vehicles near the northbound bridge. They hope this staging approach will cause as few headaches as possible for local motorists.
