Coon Rapids - A new player is looking to perk up the caffeination game in Coon Rapids. Kueber Coffee Minnesota, LLC has set its sights on 12792 Riverdale Blvd, a spot directly to the east of the present Vitamin Shoppe, and they're bringing their plans to the City Hall. According to a public notice released by the City of Coon Rapids, a public hearing is scheduled to decide the fate of the proposed drive-thru coffee stand.
The Planning Commission is prepared to hear the public's input on Case 25-14 at an upcoming meeting. Set for December 18 at 6:30 pm, interested parties can let their voices be heard at the Coon Rapids City Center Council Chambers, as detailed by the City of Coon Rapids. The venue, known for its ADA accessibility features, is also arranging accommodations for hearing assistance devices or a sign language interpreter for those requests submitted by December 12.
