The Porsche stolen from Bobby Suarez, CEO of Sell to Bobby, during a home invasion in November, was recovered by authorities in Miami Gardens on Christmas Eve. Local 10 News reported that the Porsche was found covered with a tarp at a home near Northwest 39th Place and Northwest 191st Street, seemingly abandoned. Video evidence from the scene shows the car being towed away to be secured by law enforcement.
While the car was located, Local 10 News relayed that the vehicle appeared disabled, as evidenced by footage provided by Bobby Suarez. Bobby Suarez is the face of SelltoBobby.com, known from his TV commercials. He described the recovery as feeling "like an unexpected Christmas gift" in a statement obtained by 7News. He added, "My kids don't feel safe anymore," highlighting the traumatic impact of the crime on his family.
Bobby Suarez's home was burglarized while he and his family, including two daughters, were sleeping. According to the footage he provided to Local 10, two suspects were caught on camera breaking into his home and stealing various items such as keys, purses, and luxury glasses, along with the now-recovered Porsche.
In addition to the Porsche, Suarez mentioned that several other stolen vehicles were found at the same address. When the luxury vehicle was discovered, it had some damage below the driver's console, and it wouldn't start, Suarez told 7News. He highlighted the lasting fear stemming from the invasion by stating, "Somebody could get hurt. They could've done something to my daughters while they were sleeping. They could've done something to me or my wife." Yet, no arrests related to these recoveries have been reported.
While one of the suspects' faces was partially visible in the surveillance footage, the full identity of the individuals involved remains unknown. Suarez hopes that the captured footage will assist authorities in identifying those responsible. Inquiries for additional information on the investigation have been made to Miami Gardens Police, but further details have yet to be released.
