The Chicago Police Department shared details, stating La Cruz Romero stands at 5-foot-6, weighs roughly 150 pounds, and distinguishes herself with red hair and a light complexion. She reportedly donned a green sweater when she was last seen, a detail that could aid in her identification in congested spaces.
