Willie Carter is described as an African-American male, 5’5″ in height, weighing 120 lbs, with brown eyes and short black hair, his complexion is of medium brown and concern is growing for his well-being the time since he was last seen continues to stretch on, details of his disappearance are still scarce as police are asking the public for any information.
Authorities urge anyone who might have seen Carter or has information on his whereabouts to contact the Area Two Special Victims Unit Detectives at 312-747-8274 or to call 911, his last known clothing description or possible destinations, beyond the locations he is known to frequent were not provided in the alert.
